Our team and venues are working closely to ensure that only healthy people attend our events, contact tracing is recorded, and we run the event in accordance with government requirements. 

Current COVID Requirements - 

• As identified in the Public Health Directive from the 17th December 2021, the Queensland Government has mandated only fully vaccinated people are able to enter ‘restricted areas’. Hilton Brisbane is classified as a ‘restricted venue/area’ and therefore, proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required for entry to the hotel and event space. Proof of vaccination can be added to the Queensland Check-In App
• Checking in via the Queensland Check-in app when you visit a venue is a government requirement. A hotel team member will check your vaccination and check-in status to ensure compliance with the State Government mandate
• Guests staying at the hotel will not have to be vaccinated for accommodation purposes. However, they will not be able to attend an event. Only fully vaccinated people can go attend the event and enter other areas of the hotel.

		Signage Signage and guidance material, including floor markings, are displayed to assist in awareness and adherence to physical distancing protocols. Where appropriate, screens and barriers have been installed.				Social Distancing Using guidance from the Government we are implementing signage and crowd flows measures to ensure the rule between individuals.
		Hygiene We are working with each venue to ensure that they are safe and continue to adhere to appropriate hygiene standards.				Catering & Food We’re teaming up with each venue to ensure food service is both safe and also adheres to social distancing rules.
		Contact Tracing Our event tech/rego processes ensure that we have your details and everyone is checked in. You may also find we use additional measures to track where you are seated etc.				Seating We work with our venues to ensure seating plans are appropriate to each room and ensure distancing.
